We ordered a cooker - it took a month to

We ordered a cooker - it took a month to arive as it was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. When it arrived the box had been damaged, the cooker was dented and the front glass control panel was shattered. It sat in our hall for another month waiting to be collected. It has now gone but we have no date for a replacement and cannot contact Biasco by phone or e-mail. We were at holding position no 1 for over an hour - I guess we only got there because every one else gave up. This is the worse customer service I have ever come accross and would not recomend them to anyone.
