When i submitted the order they gave the

When i submitted the order they gave the indication that the items would arrive in two weeks. I called after two weeks to get an eta only to find that they couldn't commit themselves for another couple of weeks. I cancelled the order and then spent weeks trying to get through customer services trying to find out why they had not refunded me. Each time i call them it takes over an hour to get through

Stay away from Biasco as they are not worth the effort. If you do a general search for Biasco reviews in the past year they are dreadful.
