Note that 'In stock' doesn't

Note that 'In stock' doesn't mean in stock at Biasco but rather at the manufacturers and even this is not reliable.

I ordered because and item was marked as in stock. On completion of the order I was informed that delivery would be within 10 days.

On calling to confirm this I was told that it would be not less than days.

On the tenth day I called to find out where the item was and was informed that as the supplier had a 'higher priority' order it would be a further 3 weeks.

The order was subsequently cancelled.

One positive note is that the customer support was always prompt, polite and helpful.
