Having placed order 20 days ago, I was

Having placed order 20 days ago, I was told the delivery will bein 10 working days. This was confirmed after I insisted that Biasco first check stock availability with manufacturers then call me back. They confirmed within an hour stock was available with AEG and Smeg. More than 15 days passed and I never heard anything from Biasco. When I tried to call their 0845 number (option 3 Despatch) I had to wait on average 20-25 min to move from queue no 5 to 4! For whole week I could not get through waiting for 15-20 mins on average! Email;s only got me 1 liner with no info. 5th Day I sayed on line for 40 mins when I moved from no 2 and got an operator on line who advised that both sup[pliers "estimate" delivery to courier company another 20 days later! Suffice to say I cancelled my order immediately as I stand to losse money from my Kitchjen istaller if I dont buy goods now. DONT buy from them! Or just sample calling their Tel and choosing the despatch option see how long you wait!
