We've ordered LG washing machine and

We've ordered LG washing machine and dishwasher on 1 Aug 08. They took the money straight away. Waited 4 weeks to deliver the washing machine with no update from customer service. For dishwasher, waited 6 weeks 'cause they gave us wrong stock info, finally on 13/09 they told us this model will not be available until 2009!!! So the order was cancelled on 13/09 and we are still waiting to get our money back today (7/10). We have the same experience with others, long waiting time on the phone, no respond, wrong info, delay in refunding money. Absolute nightmare. Stay away from them. If anyone get your money back from Biasco, please let me know how you managed.
