product was ordered and payment collected 29/08/08.email advised delivery week beginning 08/09/08.phoned(30 minute queue)10/09/08 and received an answering machine message later advising delivery the following wed.tried phoning following thurs but had to hang up after 45 mins. called whirlpool who had no record of order and also stated no availability until 29/09/08 at earliest.phoned biasco and after selecting customer care option i waited 40 mins only to be asked to hold.rep was unable to explain why delivery date had been offered despite non availability.suggested i contact CUSTOMER CARE.cancelled order. still waiting for refund 2weeks on.
