When I ordered they estimated delivery

When I ordered they estimated delivery 7-10 days. It is already 2 weeks since I ordered and I have not heard from them (they say they would call you if your order is taking longer but they do not).
So I tried to be in contact with them. I was on a queue to talk with them for 1hour and 1/2 on friday and did not manage to speak to anyone, left 3 messages - never returned and wrote an e-mail never replied.
This is so disappointing, not only they do not deliver on time (which could be understood) but do not contact you and cannot be reached in anyway.
I am very disappointed as my whole kitchen building is on-hold for their delay.
