    Paid in full with debit card for a Bosch

    Paid in full with debit card for a Bosch dishwasher and still no delivery after two months! After chasing and queuing on phone for over 90 mins, was told choice was not available. Requested full refund and after one month, still waiting for refund.

    I learnt today that Biasco is now in Administration, I'm not sure when this came into effect. If, like myself, you are an unsatisfied customer who ordered using a Credit Card, you should advise your card company. The appointed Liquidators to clean up the mess are :

    i am an electrical retailer in the northwest and have been told that they have gone into administration at 10am on 23rd december again second time this year!!
    biasco are now owned by rtd who i presume have gone bump too..
    suggestion used your local independant retailer,the prices may be higher but you get a much better service when things go wrong. Read Full Review »

    They take your money, do not deliver the goods when promised, they do not answer their phones, customer service is non existant and when you cancel through sheer frustration they do not refund your money in a timely fashion.

    Very disappointed customer, rubbish customer service, do not order anything as it end up costing you money. It seems all they do is take your money, hold it then refund it 6 weeks later once you have to cancel your order due to having no stock. Seems everyone is experiencing the same problem with Biasco.     I ordered all of my kitchen appliances from Biasco (which was very easy) based on them saying that all were in stock and would definitely be delivered within 7-10 days, which would have coincided nicely with my new kitchen installation.
