Just bought a Samsung 26" LCD tv. The price was excellent and speed of delivery couldn't be faulted - ordered Wednesday evening and delivered Friday morning. Ordered the 26 Samsung LE26R74BDX on December 27th 2006 priced at £479.99 and received it on the 15th February 2007 priced at £438.00. Ok they did run out of stock. Nevertheless, I was told I would get the difference refunded (£41.99) by emailing one person who would reply back saying this other person is dealing with this case. really bad experience with AJ Electronics. I ordered a 37" tv, which they charged me for immediately, however they actually did not have the product in stock, and deliberately sent a different model. It took 6 weeks before I finally got the correct product and several phone calls, promising the correct product would be delivered within a few days, which it never did. Really bad service to boo... Took a look at their website and they were the cheapest in the UK for 26" Samsung LCD TV.
Telephoned them to check availability and they agreed to deal with order over the phone via credit card.
Ordered Wed 28/12/2006 around 12:00 and item arrived 29/12/2006 at 08:55
