i am usually a bit wary of dealing with

i am usually a bit wary of dealing with these type of small, independant retailers, especially when you read some horror stories after reading up on them but my experience with aj electronics was fantastic. i got the cheapest price on the net off them (£729 inc delivery for a fantastic samsung 50" plasma) and they delivered when they said they would. no problems with the card payment system. one minor problem was that i had a query and they never called me back so i had to call again but i've had that happen with may 'proper' companies eg virgin media, natwest, ect etc. it didn't take me an age to get through to them when i called, the staff were friendly and helpful and all in all i would recommend them whole heartedly. i think people are more inclined to slag something off on a review site rather than make the effort to praise something (it's took me over a month to be arsed to write this). have no worries, i thought they were great.
