We just received our 32 inch Hyundai LCD TV and it's Fantastic!!!!! AJ Electronics offered the best price we could find. We spoke with a customer service representative and she was very helpful and pleasant and the tv was delivered when promised. I'm always a bit worried about ordering on-line and I was especially worried about making such a high purchase from a company I'd never dealt with before. But with a price difference of £299 in store to £223 I feit lt was worth taking the plundge. And I'm glad I did. i am usually a bit wary of dealing with these type of small, independant retailers, especially when you read some horror stories after reading up on them but my experience with aj electronics was fantastic. i got the cheapest price on the net off them (£729 inc delivery for a fantastic samsung 50" plasma) and they delivered when they said they would. no problems with the card payment system. ... After sales service is suspect.
Store seems to be just a box shifter with little or no product knowledge..
Beware also of signing away your rights on their returns (RMA) forms which state among other things:
customer is responsible for cost of returns!
warranty is void if returns are not in original packaging!
