I wouldn't normally take the time to comment on a website but I felt the need following the negative Kelkoo review of BuyCosmetics.com I have just read. I can't believe we have shopped with the same company. I have ordered 4 or 5 times from them and have had nothing but a wonderful experience every time. I haven't ever had to email them so I don't know what their email response is like. What I do know is that it is simple to place an order with them, everything I have ever ordered has been (sometimes much) less than RRP, orders have arrived quickly and well packaged. With my last order I also received a free £25 cosmetics collection which I wasn't expecting at all - I assume it was a thankyou gift or something. If I had to make one 'criticism' it's that they have a limited range of products so you won't find everything you might want on the site. They are certainly not Boots but nor do they pretend to be. They offer a fair selection of most types of products, including designer brands and even some things you won't find anywhere else. I'm a big fan of BuyCosmetics and I recommend them highly.
