I wouldn't normally take the time to comment on a website but I felt the need following the negative Kelkoo review of BuyCosmetics.com I have just read. I can't believe we have shopped with the same company. I have ordered 4 or 5 times from them and have had nothing but a wonderful experience every time. Part of my order was out of stock which was clearly marked on paperwork...however the site states it was delivered and I have been charged for the item
