I phoned them to check the availability of a printer, and the lady asked me if I wanted to purchase it over the phone, as I was going to use the website. I went ahead and afterwards I had misgivings because I didn't have an email confirmation like I would have had ordering online. The thing is, I booked a day off work for the delivery, and was concerned that it might not turn up. But it turned up next morning at about 11.00am. I was really pleased.
I ordered at 3.00pm Tuesday, and received it Wednesday morning! The service was excellent, and I couldn't find anywhere cheaper - with the free delivery it was an amazing deal. I would definitely recommend them.
