The first time I ordered, there was a slight delay due to the courier making a mistake, but I have to say that The COOP were extremely helpful and gave first class customer service in the circumstances. Our washing machine gave up on the Friday, ordered a new Zanussi ZWF1640W1600 over the weekend and it was delivered on wednesday as promised. We got £215 off the retail price and were only charged £12.99 to take the old machine away.
