Rapid delivery promise kept perfectly, machine arrived at 8am two days after order placed online. Absolutely no hassle. Email to advise order placed received within 10 mins. Often have difficulty with deliveries with living in Highlands. No problems with this store at all. Everything went smoothly. Received a phone call and email the day before delivery confirming when the washing machine would be delivered. Delivery was within the times given. Ordered my Miele Fridge on 21/11,could have had a 2 day rapid delivery,but i did not want it till the 28/11,so i picked that day for delivery.Immediate very informative Email confirmation on ordering the item.The day before my delivery was due had a automated phone message informing me that it will be delivered betwen 7 -1 pm.On the day of delivery it came at 4 pm,3 hours late,but thats good enoug... Ordered a fridge-freezer - couldn't believe the price was so low - always thought the Co-op was expensive.

They told me when it was coming and it arrived spot on time!! Can't rate customer care as I haven't used it.

This site was very easy to use.
The price of the goods beat other high street retailers by being £50 to £100 pounds cheaper.
The fixed delivery of £19.99 for large goods was acceptable especially as there was rapid delivery of 2 days! Some other sites were between 5 days and 3 weeks delivery.
Extra costs such as taking away old appliances were clearly priced.

The Coop not only bettered the price that my trade supplier could offer but the delivery time was within 36 hours instead of the 2 weeks I had been quoted by the wholesaler. Everything was exactly as promised on the website with cherry, prompt delivery men who put the appliance exactly where I asked them to.
