After this there was poor communication. I cant praise the Coop more. I called and asked if the cooker was in stock. I spoke to someone in this country and they said they would call back in a hour and they did. Very polite customer service agent. I had delivery on the day they said and the delivery drivers were great, asked me where I wanted it, they couldn't do enough for me. An excellent service: goods were in stock and delivered 3 days later. I was able to choose a delivery date and Saturday am was perfect. The washing machine arrived at 7.30am and the vacuum cleaner and tv arrived at 11.30am - all within the 7am - 1pm timeslot. It was the 3rd cheepest on the Web and the Co-op had by far the best reviews so I ordered with confidence. Very highly recommended.
Easy to order the Bosch Tumble Dryer that we wanted. Choose the day of delivery yourself (ours was restricted to either a Monday or a Thursday but not too much of a problem).
Delivery slot is confirmed the day before by e-mail and telephone. We were told to expect the appliance between 12.30 and 4.00 pm. It arrived at 12.31 !!
