Very good company to buy from. Delivered on time and they were very helpful on a second delivery when the item had to be resheduled at short notice. Only minor problem was the 40 minute queuing time on the phone to talk to an advisor the day after the purchase. Otherwise very polite and efficient service and I will buy from them again. It was really easy to order, and for me the biggest selling point of their website is that you could choose a delivery date. They also deliver on Saturdays! I ordered a Samsung American style fridge freezer on Tuesday evening, and I received a confirmation email on Wednesday, and also received a delivery notice to say that their courier would contact me on Friday after 3pm to advise a delivery ... Just taken receipt of a Bosch Washing

Just taken receipt of a Bosch Washing machine. This site was within 50p of the two other cheapest sites, but with the added benifit of being able to select which date you required delivery. Once ordered, the follow up by email was excellent and delivery was extreemly efficient and as specified. They were also the cheapest site for disposal of my redundant washing machine. Ordered new fridge and then realised that the P&P was set no matter how many items ordered so rang and amended order to add a freezer which was handled very professionally.
