My dishwasher was delivered four days

My dishwasher was delivered four days after I placed my order. I was kept informed at each stage of the process and on the morning of the delivery I received a telephone call from the lorry to tell me what time to expect him. Having found the best price and reviews on kelkoo, I ordered a dyson cylinder vacuum online with the co-op. Unfortunatley I did later receive a call from the customer services team apologising that they no longer had any stock and was offered an alternative, with free delivery. Item delivered on expected day at 8.15am. Exactly as described. One small quibble.... you are supposed to receive an e-mail giving you a time-slot which I expected to be between say '9am - 11.30am'. Ordered a Bosch SRS53C02 Dishwasher on a Friday night (20:00 hrs) on an excellent web site that allowed me to select a delivery day; an email confirmed my delivery day; a Tuesday, was OK.

Email on Monday to tell me the delivery time slot would be in the afternoon between 12:00 and 4:00pm.

Excellent service. Washer-dryer broke down just before Christmas and Co-op were the only provider to offer named delivery date via on-line service. Appliance arrived promptly on ordered date (delivery company send an email the day before confirming am or pm slot). A quick and efficient ordering system with the delivery date impressively only two working days after the order. And the product was in stock! The only hiccup was at the delivery where the guys said "We don't normally take the packing away but we will this time." when the Co-op said this was available as standard. COOP Electical Shop was not the cheapest option on Kelkoo but seemed to be highly rated by its customers and my own experience has proved them right. Everything was made easy and went extremely smoothly including the delivery. Couldn't be happier. So maybe a little bit more expensive than other suppliers but well worth it. Read Full Review »

Ordered on Sunday delivered Tuesday and recieved a delivery time slot on the monday by e-mail - or i coould of clicked on the link they sent me. Ordering and availability were good, but when the AEG washer/dryer arrived, it was dented. They offered a discount or a re-delivery, I opted for re-delivery. A week later the replacement arrived - it too was dented! I again refused to accept a discount - who wants to pay more than £450 for a brand new appliance with dents in?
