COOP Electrical Shop

COOP had the best overall price on the washing machine and service i wanted. They seemed to be one of the only shops that would deliver above the ground floor (essential when you live in a London flat)and I could arrange a Saturday delivery at no extra charge (essential when you work full time). I got an e-mail and text the night before to give me a 3 hour delivery window, when I spoke to customer services about one of the details they answered the call quickly and were very efficient. The delivery men were friendly and brought the machine up to the fourth floor and took the old one away without issue. All in all, a flawless service and an experience which was unusual in that it seemed entirely geared to the convenience of the consumer rather than the company in question. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
