I ordered a cooker as mine had broken

I ordered a cooker as mine had broken the day before new years eve, everything was fine, i didnt have the 3 hour delivery time slot email that they rave about, so called them to find out when it was coming...only to be told that the item was out of stock. i could have ordered one from somewhere else but they took this option away from me by letting me believe that the cooker was coming, with two small kids this is just unacceptable.If you MUST order from this site id call them instead to make sure it is in stock.
