COOP had the best overall price on the washing machine and service i wanted. They seemed to be one of the only shops that would deliver above the ground floor (essential when you live in a London flat)and I could arrange a Saturday delivery at no extra charge (essential when you work full time). Excellent service from the ordering stage to delivery, which happened mid way in the time slot. Best price too, pity 19" lcd tv's are not cheaper, then another order would be winging it's way to the co-op. Was under the impression the the deliveery men would unpack and take away the packaging. Secondly, seeing the Co-op name gave me trust that my money was safe and the goods would arrive,
Thirdly, the ease of ordering, and members points was a plus
Fourthly, the delivery was quick, friendly, on-time with text alert to notify when,
