    Took over a week to inform me the products I ordered were out of stock.
    The web site indicated delivery in 3-5 days. I received an email after 1 week informing me I could be waiting a further week or more.

    No problem ordering product. got an e-mail next day saying item was out of stock, will be available soon.I would like to have known at the time of ordering if the item was out of stock, could of saved a couple of days delay. rang the customer care line and got the order cancelled as item not available untill next week. re-ordered from diff supplier Read Full Review »

    This supplier subsequently notified by email that items have been cancelled from the order as they are no longer available - so why advertise it if they cannot supply? Time wasted ordering would have been better spent ordering from a more reliable supplier even at a slightly higher price which I then had to do anyway. Read Full Review »

    They said they are out of stock, but as I ordered Photoglossy paper and they call themselves Photoglossy, I would have thought they would have replenished their stock by now. Read Full Review »
