Camera took ages to come, not like other internet comapnies which take 2-3 days max, memory card still hasnt arrived, the tracking system on their website is pants as it doesnt give you any information, and better still takes ages for them to answer the phone if they do at all. The items I ordered had not turned up within a week. I had to email the company to find out what was happening. They explained they were out of stock and I had to wait a further 5-7 for them to be re-stocked. But they did not bother to email me these facts.
This lack of Customer Service Level is unacceptable in this day and again. Personally, would not use this merchant again. Read Full Review »

The two items I ordered were not available as it is claimed they were out of stock. They would not be available for a period of 5 to 7 days I was told.
I cancelled the order.
