    Would recommend Photoglossy review their procedures to keep customers informed of out of item stocks - 5 days passed after order placed to find on chasing up the order the item was not in stock and no delivery time could be given. The enquiry was processed quite politely and honestly by their customer care but perhaps an email confirming the state of play would be more beneficial. Read Full Review »

    Ordering on line was very slow and I had to phone to make sure the order had gone through. It had, but one item out of stock. Confirmation by email then informed me the otjher item was also out of stock.Despatch notes for both items then followed, but items (allegedly posted first class) did not arrive for 4 days after that.

I also had an email saying my order had been despatched but their website still showed the items outstanding not despatched. Prices very good as was the web site ordering system.
