I have not received the item yet, however, I have had several emails from - Photoglossy informing me of the situation - (suppliers not producing), giving apologies for the delay and giving me the choice of cancelling the order. I still haven t received my order and cannot contact Customer Services. They don t answer the phone (during office hours)!

I would welcome an email to confirm when my order will be dispactched and delivered!
