I placed an order on Sunday 8th Feb. The order went through no problems, but I received an email on Monday 9th Feb saying the product was out of stock and expected to be in stock in 3-5 days. Items were ordered on the 5th Feb and they still haven t arrived 10days later. The website boasts fast delivery but nothing as yet and no correspondance has been sent to advise why there has been a delay.

We finally got through on their phone number and all they could say was they had been put of stock and were expecting more in in 1-2 days. Read Full Review »

Items ordered purported to be in stock but subsequent e-mail said they were awaiting delivery 3-5 days.
Delivery arrived about 10 days after order placed with different brands (some obscure) substituted for ordered brands. Part of order not accepted and returned to freepost address. I await refund.
Had they consulted on substitutions much effort would have been saved. Read Full Review »
