    Placed two orders. One arrived quite quickly.

    Other order was out of stock despite website stating items were in stock. Emailed a polite complaint and got a reply which was in three different styles of font and obviously a standard reply with bits added to address points I d raised. Apparently they ve been let down by their supplier.

    Took over a week from order to delivery, although this does seem to be a fairly industry standard response time. Maybe the photo paper in question is hard to get hold of. Other than that, service was good and the paper arrived in good condition. Read Full Review »

    Ordered SD card O/K. Did not receive order as promised .Made phone call. Out of stock, expected in 2 days.Checked on their web site & the item was said to be in stock.Three more phone calls & 4 weeks later I canceled order.
