"Availability" and "On-time delivery"

"Availability" and "On-time delivery" shown as Fair because, although shown as In Stock when ordered, my ordered items had to be sent in multiple deliveries as not all were in stock.
The "Customer Care" rating of Excellent is because I was kept fully informed about the shortages. Also one of the items was described, wrongly, on the web and in my confirmation order, as a "Pack of 4" but was actually only 2 in a pack. When I pointed this out I received, without quibble and at no extra cost, the number I was expecting.
