Placed two orders. One arrived quite

Placed two orders. One arrived quite quickly.

Other order was out of stock despite website stating items were in stock. Emailed a polite complaint and got a reply which was in three different styles of font and obviously a standard reply with bits added to address points I d raised. Apparently they ve been let down by their supplier.

I like giving smaller companies a chance - competition is good for the buyer - but they let me down. What s particularly irritating is to be told an item is in stock and then not get it because actually it was out of stock.

The company may turn this around and I may end up dead impressed by them. But the signs so far are not all that good.

It may yet turn out okay
