Ordered SD card O/K. Did not receive

Ordered SD card O/K. Did not receive order as promised .Made phone call. Out of stock, expected in 2 days.Checked on their web site & the item was said to be in stock.Three more phone calls & 4 weeks later I canceled order.
Their only saving grace was, they had not taken the money for the item out of my account.
