Items ordered purported to be in stock

Items ordered purported to be in stock but subsequent e-mail said they were awaiting delivery 3-5 days.
Delivery arrived about 10 days after order placed with different brands (some obscure) substituted for ordered brands. Part of order not accepted and returned to freepost address. I await refund.
Had they consulted on substitutions much effort would have been saved.
