It took six weeks for my order to be delivered. This was because they did not have the item in stock. I have noticed previously that items ordered sre not in stock. Apart from an initial e-mail to say the current item was not in stock I heard nothing regarding progress of my order until it had been dispatched six weeks later. Read Full Review »

ALTHOUGH THE ITEM SAID IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE ONCE I HAD ORDERED IT IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE HOWEVER I WAS EMAILED AND KEPT UP TO DATE AND THERE WAS ONLY A COUPLE OF DAYS DELAY I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SITE AS THE ITEMS I PURCHASED WERE MUCH CHEAPER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE AND THEY DID ARRIVE EXTREMELY FAST ONCE IN STOCK :) Read Full Review »

Never told me they were out of stock....its now days late...I had to call them to find out. They blamed their supplier. But if they were out of stock they shouldn t have taken the order and at least had the courtesy to inform me. Not good. I am still waiting. Read Full Review »

I made my order on the Sunday afternoon for some ink cartridges. I had an email saying they had been dispatched the following afternoon and they arrived within two days. I was a little unsure of how good they would be as, to be honest, I had not heard of Photoglossy previously.
