I wish I had seen these reviews before I

I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order for the GHD MK4....what a disappointment! I have ordered the GHD MK4 and the travel pouch only because they guaranteed following day delivery. Both items were listed in stock on HQhair website and I was expecting them today. Instead I have only received the travel pouch and a note saying that the GHD MK4 were out of stock and they will be delivered later. No mention on when this is likely to happen and my credit card has been charged in full. Customer service only operates on e.mail that do not get replied and there is no one you can speak to when you need. I regularily shop online but this is so far the worst shopping experience I have ever had.For everyone out there considering parting with their hard earned cash on HQhair.com, a simple word of advice.....DON'T!!!
