HQHAIR.COM PRICES ARE MUCH MUCH DEARER THAN OTHER SITES OUT THERE, DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
Anyone thinking of purchasing goods from this company, once received goods check the expiry date and if the goods in the box is what you've ordered. I paid full price for Philosophy's vitamin c powder (shelf life if new - 2 years), this only had 3 MONTHS on the box. Bought Decleor's aromessence baume spa relax, came in the original box but what's inside was a smashed jar of vitaroma face cream (smells off), obviously been opened and used! How can a company that's publised in the magazines as stockist have such a poor service? Customer service is useless, the only phone number on the site is the ordering line and when they decide to answer they'll just refer you to an email which you don't get a reply from. I rather buy from QVC now less hassle!!!
