Ordered GHD hair straighteners on 14

Ordered GHD hair straighteners on 14 December -plenty of time for them to arive for christmas as the website states they will be posted special delivery.

1 Week later they have not arrived.. and also i notice they have double charged my account!

Customer services will not reply via email and the phone system hangs up on me. Really not happy.

I ordered items from america on Amazon the same day and they are all safely here.

HQ hair is cheaper but dont rely on them when you need something as a gift.
