Today was my daughters birthday and the present I ordered from HQhair never arrived, Well Done !!!!!!
This item was ordered 1 week ago despite sending you 2 emails (below) I never even got a reply.
I will contact my credit card company on Monday for a refund.

Hi,
I emailed you yesterday regarding delivery of order number HQ569249 and have not had any reply.
I ordered this item on Sunday evening for my daughters birthday which is tomorrow.
On your website under delivery times it states and I quote "Within the UK usually 24-48 hours"
I would really appreciate the courtesy of a reply.
