Had used this stored in the past with ok

Had used this stored in the past with ok results but had an apalling experience when they sent the wrong goods TWICE and I eventually had to send formal legal-style letter before getting a refund. Three complaints went ignored in the first instance - if they get it right you'll be fine but if you need to get a refund or if something goes missing you're on your own. One of the staff in their salons told me that they can't even get the internal orders right!! Shocking customer service for goods which are available at the same price from other stores. I won't be using them again.
