I do think that HQ Hair are ok.. Average on most things except their price! They are so expensive! The never sell any cheaper than the shops which you would expect from an online retailler, I buy my beauty products from another website, where the customer care etc is much better. got my stuff the next day with free samples from another website, I'd shop around via google products etc to see wh... I do loads of shopping online and have to say that this is possibly the worst online store I have ever come across.
I've used it twice (thinking that maybe my first experience was just bad luck) but I shouldn't have bothered. Very poor delivery /despatch service (orders late, incorrect, never arriving etc..) and customer care is non-existent. Of course your money comes out of your account... Read Full Review »

I ordered the Dermalogica Daily Resurfacer (which I use daily and typically I have run out before HQ Hair could delivery (or get Royal Mail to deliver). HQ state delivery in the UK is within 24-48 hours.... Yeah right, still waiting for my item four days after it was supposedly dispatched, the most annoying things is both the 0870 and 0207 customer service numbers are not working so I can not even... A week ago I returned a cream which I became allergic to.

I knew I was asking a lot from them as I needed a full refund on this product.

I must say I did not believe that they will do it. Within 24hours after my request I received a full refund.

i recomend HOOLA, the deep brown tan like color looks almost too good to be true.not only is it solid , has a lush packaging , it is very easy to use and also this bronzer has NO harsh glitter particles thus, leading to a more acheiveable, belivable tan and blends easy, i recommend HOOLA every time .
