I am extremely disappointed by this

I am extremely disappointed by this store. My order was never delivered. After three months and countless emails I got two answers. First they promised a new delivery (of course it was never sent). Then they admitted to have received my package back, after an attempted failed delivery (which is weird since the delivery address was never approached by a courier), and they promised a refund (still waiting). The most frustrating part was the fact they were never answering to my queries. It's as if it was a ghost company. I finally got a refund from my credit card company, NOT by Lookfantastic. Which basically means that if my bank wasn't understanding I would had lost £140. Sure they have a nice website but bottom line is you never get your products, so what's the point?
