Look Fantastic. Ordered £75 of products

Look Fantastic. Ordered £75 of products and charged extra £5 for delivery. So my little discount was eaten up by their postage charges. Ok, no big discount there, but the problem is - NO DELIVERY.

Lookfantastic states their delivery is 'usually within 48 hours'. Perhaps that was in the early days. This site has been running for years, so what's their problem.

No response from customer services despite several frantic email relating to my delivery. No status on my account on their web page, except that my order has been placed.

Used loads of other sites, similar prices, many with no delivery charges and the ones that do charge actually delivery when stated. What good is their huge marketing drive with constant discounts and promotional emails, when their customer service and delivery is badly letting this company down.
