Good product but dreadful customer

Good product but dreadful customer care.
Bought GHD straighteners as Christmas present for my daughter, on 17th December. Ordering went well on line and recieved email right away confirming order and stating 1-2 day delivery time. No sign by 20th, sent email,no response. Sent another email on 22nd but got automatic response -closed for Christmas.Found phone number and called them on 28th Dec but would do nothing to find parcel until 10 working days after dispatch. Sent more emails with no replys.Called them again on 4th Jan & they discovered parcel was still with courier. I had to call courier to arrange delivery but they could not manage until 9th Jan.
Would not use again
