No problem ordering the product because

No problem ordering the product because its automated and they are taking your money but when I tried to ring them and sent 3 emails and submitted a question on the site there was no answer. All I wanted to know was did my item ship as the only mail you get is to say your order is received. The item did arrive late and I am still waiting on an answer to my voice mail and emails. I would not buy from them as if you have a problem you will not get an answer!
