HAVENT UNWRAPPED MY ZANNUSI OVEN YET, BUT THRILLED WITH ALL ASPECT OF THIS COMPANY. OVEN WAS NOT IN STOCK WHEN I ORDERED, BUT I RECIEVED AN E MAIL AS SOON AS IT WAS IN STOCK, I WAS THEN ABLE TO CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE CONVENIENT TO MYSELF. I WAS THEN INFORMED BY E MAIL OF MY DELIVERY SLOT TIME (BETWEEN 11 AND 2) OVEN DULY ARRIVED AT 1PM. GREAT SERVICE START TO FINISH.
