Ordered a washer and dryer to be

Ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered the following week. Items were delivered on the date promised by the website. Only issue was that the delivery service would not pick up the old appliance because this was not requested by the company. I was never given the option to request this during the ordering process, but the website states that old appliances can be picked up for £20. Still, only a minor issue with what was a very reasonable ordering process. Great prices too!
