Wow. The dishwasher I wanted wasn't in

Wow. The dishwasher I wanted wasn't in stock but was ordered and arrived within a week. They phoned me up when it came in and said they could deliver it the next day - a Saturday! And then they did! No messing about with a separate delivery company, no problems with missed deliveries, delivered on a day of my choosing. I don't think that's ever actually happened before. Wow.
