    The delivery was on time, the goods were in perfect condition.
    The transaction went smoothly.

    The only worry was that I heard nothing from them at all after the original (and only email) to say that the order was confirmed. No "your payment was successful", no "your order has been dispatched".

    Digital Direct were one of the cheapest companies for the hard drive recorder I decided to purchase. Item was easy to order over the internet and was delivered quickly with no problems. Because of the service I ordered a second identical recorder for the mother in law, again there were no problems. I would have no problems recommending DD to anyone.

    I received an email on Friday telling me that the product would arrive on Monday.
