    Although the products ordered were very competitively priced,this is no good at all if they are not available.
    Was advised four days after placing order that DVD was now a discontinued item.Company awaiting information on replacement.
    Have requested information on two occassions status of this replacement,still awaiting reply.

    Goods delivered on time as promised in confirmation Email. All ordered products were in stock though this wasn t clear when ordering. We were not at home on the delivery dates so had to collect the goods, Amtrak were difficult to call - no out of hours message on their phone. The local depot is dangerous for collections in private vehicles due to many movements by large lorries. Read Full Review »
