    Although we had an email confirming delivery day it did not arrive on the specified date and no card was left. I rang customer services the following morning and they were very helpful in rearranging delivery which went fine. Read Full Review »

    This is the first time I have used these guys and I will definitely do so again. The product was not held in stock and they immediately notified me that it would have to be ordered from JVC and that delivery would be 10-14 days.     Very easy and simple ordering process. Only slight snag was that I got two confirmation e-mails (with the same ref. number) which made me wonder if the order was duplicated in some way. When my credit card statement arrived the item had indeed been charged twice but then obviously been spoted as a duplicate and one purchase value had been credited. Read Full Review »

    I cannot recommend this retailer highly enough. The tv was ordered over the phone on Tuesday and the item was in our home by Thursday. The TV was on sale at a leading retailer for £699, and they had already knocked £200 off their price. Digital Direct sold the same tv for £495 including delivery. I will recommend this retailer to everyone I know looking to buy audio visual equipment. Read Full Review »
