    Good web site with all the info I needed. Excellent delivery service (I ordered the goods very late on the Thursday before a Bank Holiday Monday and the goods arrved at 10am on the Tuesday). The delivery info sent thru with my order acknowledgement was a little confusing and did not agree with what happened. I will come back to Digital Direct when i orde my HDD recorder.     The item was in stock which was a good start.

    My experience was very good with a couple of exceptions...I called to ask the delivery date to be moved at 12:15pm a couple of days before. The guy who took the call wasn t too eager to help and almost sounded relieved when he told me it was too late in the day to make any changes to the delivery date.
